Admission Process

Application for residence in Bethany Lodge must be made through local Home and Community Care Support Services office who are responsible for the application process to Bethany Lodge and to all other Long Term Care Facilities in the province‚ that are funded by Ontario Health.

Once the application process is complete‚ the Home and Community Care Support Services coordinator is responsible for monitoring the availability and managing the waiting list until a placement becomes available.
