Golf Tournament
Every September for the past 16 years, the Bethany Golf Tournament takes place to raise funds for the benefit of Bethany Lodge and Bethany Manor.
This year as in past years, the tournament will be held at the Cardinal Golf Club and will take place on Friday September 13, 2024.
The tournament has always been generously supported by avid golfers, donors and by some of the suppliers of the Lodge and Manor in the form of sponsorships. Funds raised have made it possible to enhance decor and make upgrades to the buildings. In the past, new furnishings have been purchased for some of the resident lounges and for the Family Room at the Lodge, and automatic door openers were provided between the Lodge and the Manor to improve safety and accessibility for residents. Golf tournament funds have also contributed to the replacement and updating of the Manor dining room chairs. Last year’s golf tournament provided the funds to purchase new outdoor furniture as well as a retractable awning furthering our grounds enhancement project.
The Golf Tournament has become a yearly event when friends of Bethany can come to join old and new acquaintances in a game of golf in support of a very worthy cause that benefits residents and their families for now and for the future.
